French-Ukrainian with Romanian origins (from Bukovina), PhD in Management Sciences, Lecturer at Lorraine University, senior expert in public administration and international development.Over 15 years of experience in international development and technical assistance to developing countries (implementation of a modern skills-based approach to assess the effectiveness of civil servants, developing strategies to improve & optimize standards of work in the civil service and business structures, to achieve systemic changes in the philosophy and mental paradigm of modern management models. Violeta has worked (strategic consulting, teaching, international conferences) in 18 different countries. Since 2000 she has been engaged in cultural and business diplomacy (co-founder and Honorary President of the French-Ukrainian Association for Education, Culture and Solidarity "Echanges Lorraine Ukraine").Key areas of research and expertise: human resources management, change management, knowledge management and intellectual capital, conflict management, communication, personality development, emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership, author of the concept of "netwocracy" (a new governance paradigm for the global development, based on horizontal initiatives to support the implementation of direct digital democracy).
