Tunnel of Love

The Tunnel of Love is a popular tourist attraction, unique in Europe and until 2017 in the world (a similar one was created in PRC).The Tunnel of Love is located on a section (about 4 km) of the railway line between villages Klevan and Orzhiv.It was made by trains, moving to / from the woodworking plant in Orzhiv. On its way through the forest, the train breaks branches of trees and bushes. As a result, a dense corridor of perfect arched shape was formed.The tunnel is highly appreciated by tourists. This is a romantic place not only because of its natural beauty: the rails symbolically mean the intertwining of two destinies. According to legend, the tunnel was created by a Polish young engineer to his girlfriend.
